BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN TOURISM MANAGEMENT (BSTM)

The BS information Technology programs includes the study of the utilization of both hardware and software technologies involving planning, installing, customizing, operating, managing, and administering, and maintaining information technology infrastructure that provides computing solutions to address te needs of an organization. This programs prepares graduates to address various user needs involving the selection, development, application, integration and management of computing technologies within an organization.

PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

The College of Tourism of International School of Asia and the Pacific educate Tourism graduates who, within a few years of graduation, are expected to:

Apply knowledge and skills related to the ideas, principles, concepts, basic research methods and problem-solving techniques in the operation of the travel agencies and other travel and tour related business
Demonstrate the skills needed to acquire, understand and assess information from a range of sources applicable to improving efficiency in the travel and tour agency operations;
Possess knowledge and skills in the application of work-related technology including information, education, communication(IEC);
Demonstrate leadership, communication and collaborative competence;
Apply basic techniques in performing prescribe range of specific functions in the areas of ticketing, tour guiding, and tour packaging as required in customer; undertakes planning and initiation of alternative approaches to skills and knowledge applications across a board range of technical and procedural requirements.
Not only survive but also thrive in a borderless economy.
And prepare timely reports related to their area of responsibility.
